Once you are ready to engage us we will request a deposit of $500 to open your file and commence the process.

Room Hire

We have mediation rooms in Buderim which are available for use by parties at nil additional cost.

We hire rooms in Brisbane, Gold Coast and other locations (room hire fees apply).

Travel Fees

Accommodation and other travel expenses may be applicable.

Our fixed fees include:

• Step-by-step guidance through the mediation process.
• Reading of material and preparation by the mediator.
• Individual, confidential and thorough pre-mediation intake sessions with each party (usually 1.5-2 hours per person).
• Guidelines for each proposed support person.
• All correspondence throughout the process.
• Drafting of Mediation Agreements if parties are self-represented.
• Compliance checking (in Restorative Justice Mediations).
• Reporting of outcome.
