Dominique joined the C&A team in 2023 and brings with her over 30 years of experience as an experienced educator. Trained in restorative justice conferencing by both the Dispute Resolution Branch of Queensland, and privately by Legal Director Kate Clark, Dominque is a highly competent restorative facilitator for conflicts in schools and workplaces.

Restorative conferencing is suitable for use in relation to incidents of harm that have occurred in schools or workplaces, for example: bullying, abuse, assault. Our tailored approach brings together those who have been impacted by an incident, for a voluntary, structured, and safe process and assists participants to work through conflict in a productive manner.

Having worked in primary schools across Western and South Eastern Queensland for over 30 years, Dominique understands all aspects of education, the Australian curriculum and schooling.

Dominique also has over 20 year’s experience as a registered foster carer with the Department of Child Safety and has been a kinship carer for over 17 years.

Dominque holds the following qualifications:

  • Nationally Accredited Mediator
  • Restorative Justice
  • Diploma of Primary Teaching
  • Registered Teacher, Queensland College of Teachers
  • Associate Diploma of Speech and Drama
  • Graduate Diploma of Teacher Librarianship

Dominque is passionate about restorative processes. Her warm, compassionate, and trauma-informed manner provides a calm and trustworthy presence for participants, during a difficult time.
