Half-day (5 hours) $2,500 + gst

Full-day (8 hours) $3,500 + gst

Restorative Justice

Criminal matters / Serious abuse / Direct response meetings

Most matters (one complainant / one defendant) $2,200 + gst

More complex matters $3,300 + gst

Additional parties $500 + gst each

Room Hire

We have mediation rooms in Buderim, Noosa, Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

Room hire fees are applicable to some locations.

Travel Fees

Accommodation and other travel expenses may be applicable.

Our fixed fees include:

• Step-by-step guidance through the mediation process.
• Reading of material and preparation by the mediator.
• Individual, confidential and thorough pre-mediation intake sessions with each party (usually 1.5 hours per person).
• Intake session with each proposed support person (usually 20 minutes).
• All correspondence throughout the process.
• Drafting of Mediation Agreements if parties are self-represented.
• Reporting of outcome.
