Maryann has over 30 years’ experience in conflict resolution in various settings including restorative justice and for victims of crime.

She was appointed as one of the first Specialist Youth Officers approved under the Young Offenders Act (1997) and as a Restorative Justice Conference Convenor in Queensland.

Maryann has facilitated over 800 restorative justice conferences, specialising in sexual offences and other offences of serious personal harm.

Maryann has experience with the school of Criminology and Criminal Justice at Griffith University as a course coordinator and research team member.

Further, Maryann’s mediation skills extend to assisting the resolution of disputes in other areas such as workplace disputes, and disputes within organisations.

Maryann has been a Panel Mediator with Clark & Associates since 2023.
