January 2023: We are pleased to announce that Maryann Hearn has joined the Clark & Associates team as a Panel Mediator for our Restorative Justice service. We are lucky to have Maryann who has a wealth of knowledge and experience in RJ.
December 2022: Legal Director Kate Clark has been named on the prestigious Doyles Guide List: Recommended Family Mediator - Regional Queensland 2023.
October 2022: Kate presented at an Early Careers Lawyer professional development morning on Trauma-Informed Practice.
August 2022: Clark & Associates, together with initiative partners, hosted our second "Job Application and Interview Skills Weekend" for Law Students.
March 2022: Our beloved Mediation Dog Mae turns 2! Happy Birthday Mae Mae.
December 2021: Clark & Associates welcome Panel Mediator Penny Feil to the team. Penny has extensive experience in mediation and in particular in family dispute resolution. We are thrilled to welcome Penny on board.

September 2021: Welcome to our Mediation Assistant Nicole Elliott. Nicole is an admitted solicitor. Nicole has a wealth of experience in supporting clients during challenging times.
July 2021: Clark & Associates hosted a Continuing Professional Development evening on "The Ins and Outs of Child Inclusive Mediation" with FDRP Kate Clark and Child Expert Sophie Jordan.
July 2021: Welcome to our Mediation Assistant Emily Kinross. Emily has just completed her Bachelor of Laws and is about to commence her Practical Legal Training. Emily diligently supports our mediation work and is keen to pursue a career in criminal and family law.
March 2021: Clark & Associates hosted an International Women's Day 2021 Morning Tea for Leading Sunshine Coast lawyers #iwd2021 #choosetochallenge.
December 2020: We have moved. Our rooms are now located in Buderim at Suite 13/102 Burnett Street, Buderim, Queensland. Our space is tailor made to host your mediation in comfort.
December 2020: Introducing Child Expert Consultant Sophie Jordan. Sophie brings to Clark & Associates her extensive experience as a registered Clinical Psychologist and accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner. Sophie works closely with our Mediators in Child-Inclusive and Child-Focussed Mediations.
November 2020: Clark & Associates is excited to introduce Panel Mediator Julia Boyd who specialises in Commercial matters. Julia is a natural mediator and we are fortunate to have her join our team.
November 2020: Kate Clark, Legal Director, has been recognised as a Finalist, Thought Leader of the Year, Women in Law Awards 2020.
August 2020: Introducing Panel Mediator Amanda Hickey. Amanda has over 10 years' experience in mediation. She is a lawyer, Nationally Accredited Mediator and Accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner. Amanda is available for mediations in Melbourne and Brisbane. We are thrilled to have her join our team.

22 May 2019: Introducing Panel Mediator, Linda Kochanski who has over 5000 hours experience in parenting and property mediations. Her experience was recognised in 2018 when she was awarded FDRP of the Year and ADR Academic of the Year at the National ADC Awards.
26 March 2019: Introducing Panel Mediator, Barrister Lily Brisick who has extensive experience in Criminal Law having worked as a Prosecutor for the Director of Public Prosecutions since mid 2007 and more recently working at the private bar.
